Mapping Disability Inclusion

About this page

Mapping Disability Inclusion is an NCID Knowledge Community that aims to document, connect, and publicize the networks of scholars, practitioners, and advocates working on disability inclusion at the University of Michigan (U-M). This project aims to highlight and grow the communities of practice committed to ensuring disabled people's access to physical, digital, and social spaces, and to increase collective responsibility for eradicating anti-disability bias.

This website maps the networks of people at U-M working towards disability inclusion. Individuals involved in this work are listed in a searchable directory, with more information about each person available in their biography. This website, the directory especially, is a protoype and proof-of-concept. Be aware that there may be some small bugs, minor glitches, and limited functionalities. Please email us at if you encounter any problems using the site.

Digital Directory

Browse the directory below. Filter results by entering terms in the Search field, including Name, Title, Department/Office, or Keywords. Directory results will update immediately as you type Search terms. Each name links to more information in the biography. The project has provided access to the full dataset as Excel file exported from Qualtrics. This Excel file has not gone under data processing or data norming.
